Silk screen printed glass is the ceramic fritted glass which with inorganic ink printed on the glass surface by screen printing on screen plate and roller printing machine,after drying and heat treatment(tempered or toughened) to make the ink permanently sintered on glass surface. It is a safety glass with acid and alkali resistance and it is widely used in the architectural decorative industry,for both residential and commercial settings.

Because of its friendly environmental conservation of ceramic ink material,the glass is free harmful chemicals and toxins.

Because of its versatility advantage of silk screen printing,the glass can be customized with various colors,designs and patterns to meet different design application need.Besides decorative features in homes,silk screen printing can be displayed as brand or logo on glass products in a unique way in business.So there is no limitation to the creativity that applied to the glass surface.

Sometimes,customers confuse silk screen printed glass(Glass A) with lacquered glass (Glass B),the differences are listed following.

Glass A is made by printing process on the basis of glass,the main materials are glass and ink.

Glass B is sprayed on the surface of glass with a special layer of paint after high temperature baking.

2.Technology

Glass A is made by printing process on the basis of glass,the painted patterns and text can be personalized according to customer requirements.

Glass B is painted on the glass surface spraying baking paint,after high temperature baking to achieve patterns and colors by spraying paint.

3.Durability

Glass A have strong anti-corrosion ability,more durable and can maintain a long service life,10-15 years,even in a complex environment.

Glass B's painting layer is easy to fall off and break after wear and scraping.
